REST&REFLECT, winter solstice with SAURABH

Winter Solstice Gathering: a restorative and reflective workshop to mark the shortest day of the year. As 2025 comes to a close, join us to turn inwards, integrate the past year and plant seeds for the coming one. In this two hour candle-lit workshop with Saurabh we will explore these themes through slow and cosy asanas, deeply nourishing sound healing and grounding meditation and pranayama.
CLOSING CIRCLES & manifesting with CLAU

Join us for Closing Circles and Manifesting morning a transformative workshop to honor the past year and envision the new one. Through 108 Sun Salutations, we'll cleanse and energize. Our closing circle will provide a space to reflect, release, and set intentions. Bring a journal. Welcome the new year with clarity and purpose in a sacred, supportive space.
AWAKENING YOGA with NONO
Saturday 10th of January — 11.30 a to 1.30 p
Discover Awakening Yoga, a method rooted in traditional yoga rituals and infused with a modern, functional approach to physical practice, where we explore new movement patterns by incorporating complementary methods such as mobility, strength, coordination, and body–brain connection, creating a practice that blends the familiar with the unknown; what are we gonna do? We’ll begin with a 30 minute introduction to the Awakening Yoga system, explaining why we practice this way and highlighting some key movements you’ll explore during the session, followed by a 90 minute practice to experience how it all lands on the mat!
COMMUNITY RUN, yoga and breakgast with Emma and Clau

join us for our very FIRST community-run event! we’ll start with a 5K run to the beach and back. After that, enjoy a gentle yoga session focused on the legs with some yummy stretches, followed by a delicious breakfast to help you recover and connect with the community.
